australia and international shipping information

 

for your convenience, you can estimate the shipping costs of the products you would like to purchase on the product page & also the cart page. this makes it so much easier for you. we do feel that the cost for posting some our pieces is a little extreme for the weight and size of the parcels but it is out of our control and is set by australia post. a way to get around this is by maybe ordering with a friend and split the shipping cost between you or ordering a couple of extra pieces to prepare for birthdays etc as the shipping doesn't actually increase that much. if we are able to source a cheaper rate of postage for you we will refund you the difference.

choosing a gift for a loved one? we can post directly to wherever you like! in the billing section put your name & address & in the shipping section put the gift recipient's name & address. this will save you time & extra postage!

for international parcels - we recommend you choose tracked postage at the shipping stage so a tracking number will be provided when your parcel is shipped & you can check at all times on the austalia post website where your parcel is & when it's been delivered. if you don't choose the tracking option there is no tracking number provided & your parcel will be sent ordinary mail.

your purchase will usually be shipped within 4 business days. as we live out of town, postage times depend on what is happening on the farm (eg: lamb marking, shearing, harvest etc) & when we are making a trip into wagga wagga. an email will be sent to you when posted along with your tracking number. you can keep track of your parcel on the australia post website. please allow 3 - 7 business days for delivery of your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: small parcels are sent by registered mail. we want to make sure your parcel arrives safely, for your peace of mind and ours too! it is much better to have your parcel registered so if anything does happen to it at least we have somewhere to start.

if your postcode is 2650 choose the free delivery option at the checkout.

if you live within the surrounding areas of wagga and would like to pick up your parcel in wagga, at the checkout use DELIVER2650 in the discount code box to remove shipping. we will contact you by email to arrange delivery. if you would like your parcel dropped at a particular address in wagga, please put your address in the billing section and the address in wagga you would like your parcel delivered to in the shipping section. please make sure your email address & phone number are correct.
